BATIC Institute will build public-sector capacity in transportation finance and project development through in-person and online education and training. BATIC Institute is planning a series of webinars, eLearning courses, peer-to-peer exchanges, and dissemination of best practices, which will be delivered in 2015-2016. Planned thematic activities are described below.

This listening session was part of AASHTO's 2016 Washington Briefing and provided an overview of key changes made to USDOT finance programs, highlighted other finance-related provisions of interest, and provided a status update on how USDOT is implementing the new finance provisions.
